Tender Description
Expression of Interests (EOIs) are invited from interested parties to licence the Main Building and Three Bowling Greens at the subject Premises for the purpose of providing community and recreational purposes for a three (3)-year term.
The bowling greens are subject to a six (6)-month early termination provision to enable flexibility with the progress and delivery of the Rydalmere Masterplan.
