Riverina Water is seeking Request for Tenders (RFT) for the Cleaning of Council facilities at Various locations and buildings operated by Council.
Council undertakes Water Supply functions across 4 Local Government Areas (LGA) in the Riverina Joint Organisation (RivJO) area. Council owns and maintains a variety of depot buildings, Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Pump Houses. 6 of these buildings are included in this RFT. These buildings include the Administration Building, Electrical/Fitter Workshop, Store Building, Waterworks Building, Water Treatment Plant Control Room and West Wagga WTP.
Council is seeking a suitably qualified Contractor to undertake the cleaning of these buildings. This is a schedule of rates contract whereby Council can add and subtract from the number of buildings/amenities to be cleaned as requirements dictate. This includes temporarily reducing the number during renovation or increasing the number to include new depots or existing WTP’s.
The Contractor is responsible for the provision of all consumables to all sites.
