This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Delivery Manager will have the principal accountability and responsibilities for delivery of External Customer Solutions and:
• Ensure External Customer Solutions are delivered on time, within budget and within the agreed quality and performance targets;
• Establish and continually improve the Agile Project Management approach by utilising an Agile Methodology environment for all projects assigned to them;
• Engage broadly with stakeholders to ensure that the services provided are of high quality and meet AUSTRAC’s requirements;
• Contribute to improving the consistency, predictability and efficiency of AUSTRAC’s program/project delivery capability;
• Manage the outputs of the Digital Servicing Unit by delivering ICT transformation and enhancements, including legacy application management of ARMS and AO; and
• Manage legacy applications and decommissioning.
