Tender Description
The City of Albany (“the City”) requires plumbing services for maintenance, repairs and minor works to the value of $10,000.00 (for any single project). This Contract includes both reactive and preventative plumbing and hydraulic maintenance.
The City encourages our Contractors to support other local businesses, and to collaborate with potential local goods suppliers.
