Victoria Police seeks to contract with a reputable Secure Waste Destruction Company/Companies who possess the capability to supply and deliver a secure waste management service for the collection and destruction of all Victoria Police requirements across the organisation for either one or more or all of the Categories as listed below;
Category 1: Document Collection and Destruction;
Category 2: Uniform Collection and Destruction;
Category 3: ICT Media Collection and Destruction; and
Category 4: Brass Collection and Destruction.
[1] ICT media for the purpose of this RFQ is defined as optical storage devices including CD and DVD formats.
Mandatory Requirements:
The supplier Must hold NAID AAA Certification and be fully compliant with NAID AAA requirements for the external destruction of Australian Government official information.
The successful provider Must undergo security checks.
