Monash University seeks to engage an intercampus shuttle bus service provider, for a fixed term of 3 years with 1+1-year extension options, that is able to deliver:
i. Operational components of the shuttle bus services (buses and drivers) and the successful coordination with current technology
ii. A scaled services strategy throughout the semester and full contract term to match demand
iii. Safe, reliable and comfortable transportation between campuses
iv. Reduction of greenhouse gas emissions through the procurement of zero and low emission buses
v. A flexible price and service model for a range of bus sizes and operation hours based on demand and current Covid-19 regulations
