The Operations Officer will support the logistical, reporting and administrative requirements of a Pacific-focussed international development program
Cardno International Development is seeking expressions of interest for a dynamic individual to work across logistics, grants and finance, and administration on a Pacific-focussed international development program.
The Operations Officer will liaise with program teams, advisers, consultants and stakeholders to ensure activities are progressing and compliant to relevant policies and procedures, workplans and budgets.
The role will also:
1. Provide financial, logistical and capacity development support to others in the team as required. Support others in the team to undertake their tasks during busy periods, including support for travel and logistics, reporting and budgeting
2. Conduct grant management processes as required and ensure that all processes comply with Cardno’s policies and procedures, including the review of financial reports against grant agreements and grant acquittals.
3. Monitor and liaise with vendors/service providers to ensure all payments and invoicing program cash flow and budgeting information is current and accurate
