This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Geoscience Australia are seeking expressions of interest and information for professional services to enhance our existing natural hazard impact-based forecasting workflow. This is the first stage of a two-stage process:
1. Seek quotes from selected sellers on the Digital Marketplace for professional services solution design.
2. The engaged seller will provide a proposal for professional services delivery of the solution.
The work will be undertaking in stages:
1. Design and architecting the cloud-based enterprise GIS system (the Solution)
2. Implementation and delivery of the Solution.
Solution concepts, designs, costs, software requirements and related information for the delivery of a Proof of Concept that:
a. Enables emergency management and recovery agencies to better plan for and respond to natural hazard events.
b. Improves community understanding of disaster risk, and how to prepare and respond to warnings/advice provided through the Australian Government.
c. Help build disaster resilience through accessible, open and easy to understand information.
