Tender Description
Naval Group Australia is seeking Expressions of Interest from Australian and New Zealand suppliers with capability to manufacture or resell a Hydraulic Pressure Limiter Device compliant with hydraulic HFC fluids. Suppliers shall have the capability to test and maintain the equipment in Australia.
The Pressure Limiter Device will be used on a hydraulic circuit to limit the output pressure in the line between 5 and 250 bar.
The Pressure Limiter Device will be required to withstand pressure of 250 bar (25 MPa), have a customizable connection interface, have Inline/Off-set/Cartridge options, and have potential for high and low flow rate.
Documentation required for acceptance includes but it is not limited to: Inspection Test Plan, Test Reports, Calibration Certificates, General Arrangement drawing with part list, Dimensional Reports, Weight Report, 3.1 Material Certificate, Certificate of Conformance, Seal curing, Fluid cleanliness report.
