Tender Description
Naval Group Australia is seeking Expressions of Interest from Australian and New Zealand suppliers with capability to manufacture or resell Hydraulic Filters compliant with hydraulic HFC fluids. Suppliers shall have the capability to test and maintain the equipment in Australia. The Filter will be used on a Hydraulic circuit to filter out contaminates in the hydraulic line for various systems. It has the following requirements:
. Withstand pressure of 250 bar (25 MPa)
. Have a customizable connection interface
. Have Inline and/or Return tank options
. Have High and low flow rate options
Documentation required for acceptance includes but it is not limited to: Inspection Test Plan, Test Reports, Calibration Certificates, General Arrangement drawing with part list, Dimensional Reports, Weight Report, 3.1 Material Certificate, Certificate of Conformance, Seal curing, Fluid cleanliness report.
