Through this RFT, the Health Services are seeking offers for the provision of internal audit services. Additional risk assessment, advisory services and business assurance services may also be sought by an Agency during the contract period. Tenderers should indicate their capacity and capability to meet both the core service needs and any additional requests as required. Once appointed, the provider of an Agency’s internal audit services cannot be considered a candidate for any external auditor role at the same Agency.

This is a joint Request for Tender (RFT) involving the following Victorian Public Health Services (each an “Agency” and/or collectively “the Health Services”). The RFT will be administered by SWH, for and on behalf of the Health Services involved.

The Health Services are co-ordinating their respective procurement efforts as means to help reduce the administrative and financial costs associated with the project. The collaboration is consistent with the principles that underpin the region’s Central Supply & Logistics model that involves 10 Health Service members sharing resources including having a centralised warehouse located in Warrnambool (SWH).

Each Health Service will enter into a separate contract with their preferred supplier. Any resulting contract / deed of agreement will include the name of a single Individual Agency and the Name of the Contractor. This reflects current arrangements.
