Tender Description
Procurement Australia, on behalf of its participating members as listed in the request for tender documents, invites tenders for the below-mentioned requirements from electricity and or reticulated natural gas retailers licensed or authorised to operate in the states of Australia each respondent is tendering for.
This tender comprises the following energy categories via a multi-year fixed price fixed term contracting methodology for energy and contestable environmental certificates and for energy delivery in multiple states of Australia:
- Large & Small Market Electricity
- Large & Small Market Natural Gas
- Public Lighting
Respondents have the discretion to tender for any one or any combination of categories at the state level or the total requirement. This tender will:
1. Establish Energy Retail Supply Agreements with an energy retailer or retailers to service members' requirements commencing predominantly from 1 July 2022, and
2. Allow for the creation of a panel of pre-approved retailers for specific additional member RFQ work to be carried out within the contract term on an as needed basis.
Procurement Australia is utilising a three-stage closing procedure for this tender:
Stage 1 - Non-financial submissions only - ALL categories
Stages 2 & 3 - Financial submissions only - All Small Market categories
All Large Market & Public Lighting categories
