Tender Description
The Department is looking for a self-driven, skilled and highly experienced IT Project Manager/s to contribute to the delivery of large scale and transformative IT systems and programs. The Project Manager/s must have relevant experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams, working closely with business owners, technology partners and across government while operating in an agile environment.
The Project Manager/ will be required to:
• help scope and plan the projects;
• monitor and manage project scope, risks and issues;
• develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communications plans;
• contribute to internal and external governance and reporting processes;
• utilise project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle;
• develop and maintain a product backlog, including user stories and acceptance criteria; and
• lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team of technical specialists including business analysts, data analysts/modellers, developers, testers and scrum master.
Specific deliverable outputs (such as documentation) is as directed by the Director of the project.
All documentation produced is to be accurate and able to be read and understood by the intended audience.
