Tender Description
The extent of the Subcontractor’s Works shall include for, be subject but not limited to, the following:-
1. The Subcontractor is responsible for the delivery, handling and storage of all products and materials and to provide a sample of materials and workmanship including the provision of testing data
2. Granolithic toppings including but not limited to prep, bonding agents, screeds allowing for floor wastes and where required to remove visual deflections
3. Waterproofing works within vinyl wet areas
4. Carpet and Vinyl works (floor and wall) including but not limited to prep, install, jointing, welding, scribing etc
