Overview
Acceler Project Management, in partnership with Sunshine Coast Grammar School, is calling for Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified building contractors to participate in a Two Part Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process for the procurement of a new 4 storey classroom building.
Scope
- Participation in a Two Part Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process for a new 4 storey classroom building
Contractor Requirements
- Strong experience in delivering large school building projects, preferably on the Sunshine Coast
- Strong experience working in live school environments
- Experience participating in the design phase of projects, preferably school classrooms and ECIs
- Availability to tender the project in August 2026
- Safety, environmental and quality management systems (third-party certified preferred)
- Suitable QBCC licence and business financials
