Tender Description
This role is to respond to ad hoc requests for data and to create tasks for the data specialist teams to fulfil the requests. The role is similar in function to a helpdesk support, but the subject matter will be requests for employment data received from both Internal and external sources.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
• Monitoring the Adhoc reporting request application (in SharePoint), ensuring that new requests are triaged and responded to within agreed timeframes
• Providing advice to requesters about existing data products that meet their needs
• Developing specifications for requests for ad hoc analysis and assigning tasks to data specialists for action
• Monitoring the status of requests from start to completion
• Running management reports on the performance of the adhoc reporting function.
