Tender Description
Bendigo Kangan Institute (BKI) is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to complete the construction of its Essendon Health Hub.
The purpose of this project is to provide for the relocation of health teaching and associated administration spaces transition from Moonee Ponds campus to Essendon campus by March, 2022.
The project involves a minimal refurbishment of the Essendon campus (of approx. 300m2 total) to relocate 16 staff and program from Moonee Ponds to Essendon, and therefore create the following spaces;
- 2 Nursing simulators of approx. 60m2 each
- Pathology simulator of approx. 40m2
- Assessment Room
- Clean and Dirty Room
- Staff workspace
