Bendigo Health invites Tenderers to submit a Tender for the Golden Oaks Nursing Home Stage 4 Refurbishment located at Stoneham Street, Golden Square, Victoria.
Construction works shall include the conversion of selected existing double bedrooms with shared ensuites into new single bedrooms with dedicated ensuites, some of which will be Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) compliant. The addition of new storage areas and the refurbishment of existing double bedrooms, ensuites, toilets and utility spaces as detailed in the Tender Documents.
All construction works must be staged in accordance with the tender documents to ensure the existing facility can remain operational at all times throughout the construction period.
Tenderers are to allow for dust minimisation measures, hoardings and temporary fencing to restrict access to the area of the works.
