1x Senior Service Designer, 2x Junior Service Designers, 1x Business Analyst, 1x Process Designer

⁠⁠⁠The Agency is seeking specialist resources in service design, business analyst and process designer roles to work in the Service Design and Outcomes Branch to deliver key Agency priorities over the next six months.

Senior Service Designer (x1)
With 5+ years’ experience and expertise in service design and transformation within large complex organisations, preferably in a public sector environment.

Junior Service Designer (x2)
With 1-2 years’ experience in service design and transformation to support the Senior Service Designers.

The Service Designers will take ownership and lead the service design activities within the E2E service design squads of our Scheme Reform Program to ensure delivery of program goals to agreed schedule and quality, including:
• Collaborate with various product owners to identify and document requirements
• Preparation and pro-active facilitation of service design workshops
• Assist with stakeholder management, particularly in determining business readiness criteria
• Iteratively design and document the Service Experience
• Document the design experience in required tools
• Collaborate with the Agency stakeholders to enable them to develop the identified artefacts in the Service Experience which may include:
o UX designers
o Technical Business Analysts
o Functional and Solution Architects
o Change management analysts
o Learning & development specialists
o Communication and marketing specialists

Senior Business Analyst (x1)
The business analyst will take ownership and lead the business analysis activities within the E2E service design stream of our Scheme Reform Program to ensure delivery of program goals to agreed schedule and quality, including:
• Requirements elicitation and documentation activities to ensure scheme reform requirements are articulated at required level of detail for service design into implementation
• Preparing business analysis specification to help elicit effective and timely decision making to enable service design work with the Scheme Reform Program
• Preparing business analysis work plans for the service design sprints component of work and other deliverables
• Preparation and pro-active facilitation of business analysis workshops to meet service design workshop objectives
• Stakeholder management experience, particularly in determining business readiness criteria.

Process designer (x1)
• Interact with key stakeholders to design/improve processes that help improve customer experience and/or improve process efficiencies
• Facilitate process design workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyse & validate business processes
• Employ various tools like process mapping and root cause analysis to analyse problems & to formulate recommendations
• Highly skilled & proficient with process mapping tools (e.g. ARIS, MS Visio)
• Make recommendations to achieve performance efficiencies and enhance customer experience.
