Council (the Principal) is seeking Submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderers for the Construction of Spicer Oval Grandstand and amenities building. The contract includes:

1. Four (4) change rooms with toilets and showers
2. Club room and bar
3. Office
4. Public toilets
5. Referees room
6. Canteen
7. Tiered seating area
8. Associated carparking area upgrade (separable Portion)
The new facility will become the premier Rugby facility in Parkes.
