Tender Description
Expressions of interest will be invited from suitably qualified Architectural Firms (Principal Design Consultant) with Indoor Sports Centre experience, for the proposed Gore Hill Indoor Sports Centre.
The Principal Design Consultant will engage and lead the design team to deliver an exciting major project in the St. Leonards Precinct at Gore Hill Park.
EOI Documents which contain essential information and submission schedules will be available from Tuesday, 22 June 2021.
Proponents are strongly recommended to attend an inspection of Gore Hill Park with Council's Representative at 2:00pm on Wednesday, 30 June 2021.
Submissions will be accepted until 11:00am on Tuesday, 13 July 2021. Submissions received after the closing time will be dealt with in accordance with the Local Government (General) Regulation 2005 (NSW).
