This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is seeking the services of an experienced Cyber Security Specialists to support the certification and accreditation of a protected operating environment. The Cyber Security Specialist will be responsible for delivering the following security documentation. In line with the Australian Government Security requirements
• provide expert cyber security advice
• perform risk assessments,
• create and evaluate security documentation, with high level designs including
o Statement of Applicability (SOA)
o System Detailed Design (SDD) and/or As Built As Configured (ABAC) documentation
o System Security Plan (SSP),
o Security Risk Management Plan (SRMP)
o Incident Response Plan (IRP) and certification reports
• create and evaluate cyber security policies based on the PSPF and ISM
• provide advice and assist in the creation of security strategies
