Tender Description
The City of Greater Geelong invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of the Mount Duneed Community Shed, located at 81-113 Sovereign Drive, Mount Duneed.
Contractor to allow for site scrape, cut and fill of site as documented. Construction of external paving , site works, retaining walls and battering where documented. Contractor to supply and construct concrete slab and footings to structural engineer & architectural documentation. Prefabricated shed to be installed on slab, location and layout as per architectural documentation, installation as per shed manufacturers requirements and engineering for shed structure allowing for any and all loads required for ceilings and equipment nominated. Internal layouts to be supplied and installed as documented including all fitout and fixtures nominated.
