This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The 2021-22 Budget provided funding for the continuation and enhancement of a range of digital mental health services, including the creation of a National Mental Health Platform. The Platform will leverage the existing Head to Health website and in its ultimate state, will be a key entry point to the mental health system for people to get the help and support they need through mental health assessment and referral tools, comprehensive information, and seamless connection to face to face and digital services.
This RFQ is seeking to engage experienced Suppliers who have the capability to provide overarching technical expertise, advice and guidance to the Department and to support the delivery of both a beta and ultimate state new National Mental Health Platform. The expertise and advice being sought includes project management, product management, stakeholder engagement, change management, and user research.
