⁠⁠⁠MSA Scope of Works and Technical Information

The general Scope of Work envisaged for the MSA includes the following aspects of Mine Operations which is complimented by the tabulation below (Division of Responsibilities Matrix).

 Loading and haulage of all material.
 Drilling (production, trims, presplit, secondary) and blasting of all material.
 Ancillary operations (wall scaling, floor clean-ups, road construction/maintenance, drainage, dust suppression, spillage).
 Grade control drilling.
 Run of mine (ROM) ore facility rehandle operations.
 Dewatering.
 Mobile lighting.
 Dispatch operations.
 Maintaining safe operating areas in line with OZ Minerals’ expectations for quality of work and operational excellence.
 Supervision.
 Crib rooms, ready lines, equipment parking areas.
 Ground control remediation as required.
 Working with OZ Minerals to continually refine designs and practices to improve outcomes in terms of safety, quality, and schedule.
 Actively pursue autonomous, emissions reductions and continual improvement solutions across all activities.
 Support efforts towards production reconciliation.
 Small project engineering.
 Drill and Blast QA/QC.
 Support all efforts related to the establishment, management, and administration of a comprehensive Management Operating System (MOS).
 Support and contribute to OZ Minerals How We Work Together (HWWT) principles and Operating Philosophy as it evolves over the life of the Project.

Except where data transfer, interfaces and dependencies require consideration, this Scope of Work excludes:

 Mine design and scheduling.
 Surveying.
 Geotechnical and project ground support.
 Geology and grade control processes (excluding drilling).
 Fleet management, operational technology, and communications.
 Blast monitoring.
 Production data collection and analysis including supporting systems
