Jindabyne Shared Trail Project Management Consultancy Services

⁠⁠⁠ SMRC is seeking tender submissions for the project management of the trail development and construction.

- Timely co-ordination of work necessary to produce the full program of works comprising the Jindabyne Shared Trail, approved by the relevant authority;

- Instructing and monitoring those authorities, consultants and contractors engaged within the scope of this project including all works contractors;

- All meetings with the principal , authorities, consultants, contractors and others related to the scope of this project;

- Coordinate public consultation as required with the Principal

- Review relevant documentation to facilitate incorporation of requirements;

- Coordinate Tender Packages for consultants.

- Coordinate all tasks and reports associated with the construction works including a general review of documentation;

- Review approval conditions, provide commentary to the principal on conditions imposed and distribute conditions to relevant parties;

- Co-ordination of relevant consultants (if required) including survey, environmental, geotechnical etc;

- Prepare, review and update detailed programs;

- Review designs and tender documents for civil, mechanical and electrical works;

- Review and make recommendations on tenders received for all works;

- Management of the preparation and administration of contracts and works arranged within the scope of this brief including:

? Certification of payments;

? Monthly monitoring and forecasting of costs and related guarantee/security amounts;

? Keeping of records and making available to the principal as and when required;

? Management of any accredited certification – construction and compliance certificates;

? Manage contract, arrange commencement of construction, review reports, recommendations on contract claims and variations;

? Recommend progress payments with issue of payment certificates;

? Obtain final inspection and compliance certificates from the client and relevant specialist consultant reports e.g. geotechnical reports.
