Tender Description
The Rural City of Wangaratta (RCoW) is seeking suitably qualified consultant for the completion of the concept design for the North West and Southern East-West Freight Bypass routes. The scope of works will include (but not be limited to): the development of a concept north-west and southern east-west freight bypass, scaled concept design plans, planning land use analysis, cost estimations and stakeholder consultation.
