CSAPHN is seeking responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) from suitable organisations for tailored, evidence-based solutions that support people in country South Australia (SA) to adopt health promoting behaviours to prevent, detect early and to effectively manage preventable diseases. Even small changes in the prevalence of lifestyle-related disease risk factors and the effective management of illness are likely to lead to a significant reduction in the social and economic impact on individuals and communities. CSAPHN is seeking to find innovative solutions to addressing population health risk factors and preventable diseases in our region.
The purpose of this RFP is to enable prospective providers to outline their proposed new ideas or solutions, new partnerships or new methods to illness prevention and management in county SA.
A Market Briefing to prospective suppliers to provide the opportunity to ask questions and clarify information about the RFP will be held by Webex.
