Tender Description
Melbourne Polytechnic is providing advanced notice for a forthcoming invitation to the market. Melbourne Polytechnic will seek the provision of Project Management and Superintendent Services for the Collingwood Campus Redevelopment Project.
To be considered for this project, suppliers must:
- be registered in the appropriate prequalification service category of the Department of Treasury and Finance’s Construction Supplier Register
- have experience in Victorian government design and construct projects valued ~ $20m or above, and
- be familiar with tertiary education requirements.
It is anticipated that this invitation will be released in mid-June 2021 via TendersVic. Melbourne Polytechnic proposes to use a multi stage process with an Expression of Interest followed by a Limited tender.
