This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
1. Please be advised that this ADVANCE TENDER NOTICE is issued as per Ministerial Direction for the purpose of market awareness ONLY.
2. It advises an upcoming tender, expected to be released in June /July 2021, for new construction of total 9 (6x2BR +3x1BR) residential unit development on 2 separate site locations, located at 47-49 Adelaide Street Albion and 21 Burnewang Street Albion.
3. The upcoming construction tender will be an INVITED SELECTED TENDER (pre-selected).
4. Tenderers will be selected from pre-qualified contractors listed in Construction Supplier Register of Department of Treasury and Finance.
5. Only the selected tenders will be contacted prior to issue of letter of invitation to tender.
6. It will NOT be a PUBLIC TENDER.
