About

Australian Private Mortgages (APM) appointed SV Partners as Receivers and Managers of 67 Dare Street Ocean Grove Pty Ltd on 17 April 2026.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Completion of a partially constructed development comprising 4 luxury residential townhouses at 67 Dare Street, Ocean Grove VIC 3226
• The development is approximately 35-40% complete

Contractor Requirements

Respondents should demonstrate:

• Relevant project experience
• Financial capacity
• Construction delivery capability
• Ability to achieve practical completion within an acceptable timeframe

Site inspections are available by appointment.

Instructions to Respondents

A comprehensive Tender Pack, including project documentation, approvals, drawings, consultant reports and cost-to-complete assessments, will be provided to approved parties following execution of a confidentiality agreement.
