Construction of Vibert Reserve Pavilion Redevelopment Stage 3 - Lump Sum Contract

Greater Shepparton City Council is seeking tenders for the construction of Vibert Reserve Pavilion Redevelopment, including car park and landscaping.

A mandatory site briefing for all tenderers will be conducted on Friday 4 June 2021 at 11:00am at Vibert Reserve, 290-300 Archer Street, Shepparton (Covid restrictions permitting). Tenderers are asked to register their intention to attend via the eProcure questions portal, no later than the day prior to the briefing.

Tenders will be received until 4.00pm (AEST), Wednesday 30 June 2021.

Tenders can only be lodged online. Please note Greater Shepparton City Council no longer accepts hardcopy Tenders. Please submit all Tenders through the TenderSearch website.

It is Council’s policy not to accept submissions received after the specified closing time.

Council will not accept any quotation submissions by facsimile, or by e-mail.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSIONS:

• Contract 2136 - Construction of Vibert Reserve Pavilion Redevelopment Stage 3 - is a Lump Sum Contract. Council expressly advises that failure to supply a lump sum in the section provided will result in your submission not being evaluated.
• All Tender Schedules 1-8 (inclusive) must be completed in order for the submission to be evaluated.
• You must allow sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the 4:00pm deadline. We suggest you familiarise yourself with the online form and uploading options via the RESPONSE tab.
• All submissions must be submitted via this online portal; submissions made through any other means will not be accepted or considered.
• Late submissions in any format will not be accepted. If you are midway through your submission and the clock hits 4:00pm your submission will not be accepted and you will be unable to continue.
• You are encouraged to upload your submission early to avoid missing out.
• We recommend you access a good quality network/internet connection. Greater Shepparton City Council is not responsible for your internet connection quality.
• All communications regarding the submission must be via the online forum. If you have any questions or require assistance, you must lodge an online query through the QUESTIONS tab.
