Tender Description
The department is seeking suitably qualified and experienced organisations for processing of application forms and associated forms for the Seniors Card, Companion Card and Carer Card including but not limited to accurately handling data collection and imaging, transmitting data electronically and generating reports as required. The successful tenderer will be expected to commence work under the new contract, on 1 September 2021 for the Seniors Card and Companion Card. The Carer Card as part of the contract will not start until 1 September 2022 as its current contract will end on 31 August 2022. There are approximately 3,000 Seniors Card application forms, 12,000 Companion Card application forms and associated forms and 8,000 Carer Card application forms and associated forms processed per year.
