Bendigo Kangan Institute (BKI) is seeking the services of an appropriately experienced and resourced Fleet Advisory and Strategic Consulting company to submit a proposal to undertake a comprehensive review of Bendigo Kangan Institutes vehicle fleet operation to optimise fleet cost and utilisation.
It is expected that the review will deliver a comphrensive report detailing the current state of the vehicle fleet utilisation across BKI sites and make recommendations to efficiently manage travel needs based on the latest solutions availiable in the market and consider government policy requirements.
The successful organisation will need to be able to demonstrate skills and capabilities in the items listed in the scope.
