Council (the Principal) is seeking Tender submissions for experienced food and beverage operators (excluding sale of alcohol) for the lease of Shop 3, Retail Tenancy Bondi Pavilion, Bondi Beach.
This provides a unique opportunity to lease retail space in the much-loved Bondi Pavilion building, located at the iconic Bondi Beach. Waverley Council is undertaking a major restoration of the building with construction expected to be completed in late 2021 or early 2022.
