Tender Description
Services Australia (the Agency) is seeking to partner with an organization to assist with the design, development and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Debt Collection Management system (DCM). The successful seller will work closely with relevant stakeholders to develop appropriate knowledge and processes regarding DCM and will transition this knowledge across the project, uplifting capabilities within the Agency. The partner will integrate debt collection into the Services Australia ecosystem.
