Tender Description
The City of Subiaco is seeking to engage a suitably qualified Consultant to deliver design services for the Seddon Street Public Realm project.
This will include: concept development and costing; design development and costing; as well as delivery of a full pre-construction-tender document package.
The design concept will upgrade Seddon Street to a shared pedestrian focused space. The intent of the upgrade is to create a contemporary space that address the broader precinct, connects key facets of the town centre, provide a cohesive interface with the Subi One development and has the ability to host events and community activities.
