Hard Services Panel - General Maintenance / Plumbing & Gas Fitting

VicTrack invites submissions for the provision of General Maintenance, and / or Plumbing and Gas Fitting Services on a schedule of rates basis, as required by VicTrack's Asset Maintenance team.

VicTrack seeks to identify Tenderers who are:

• Capable: in that they can demonstrate capability to deliver to the standard and manner required by the nature of the work;
• Committed: in that they can demonstrate available capacity when required to deliver on work packages; and
• Collaborative: in that they have systems and processes in place to work with VicTrack to continuously identify opportunities for improvement in cost, quality, timeliness, consistency & reliability and risk management.

The purpose of this RFT is to form a panel comprising suitably qualified suppliers to provide specialist services in the areas of General Maintenance, and/or Plumbing and Gas Fitting. The successful panel members will be grouped separately into these two areas, with tenderers invited to respond with bids on either or both.
• General Maintenance - Typically general structural repairs or replacement and minor works
• Plumbing and Gas Fitting – Typically general plumbing/gas works and investigations

Avetta Registration

Tenderers are advised that pre-qualification through VicTrack's compliance partner, Avetta, is a pre-requisite for the final contract execution. Costs associated with this registration may be included in the tender submission for any potential supplier not currently pre-qualified.

Tender Documentation and Submissions

Tender documentation and details of the deliverable items are located within the Tender documents located in VicTrack's Procurement Portal, Zycus. In accordance with the Conditions of Tendering included in the Tender Documents, all subsequent communications shall be via the e-Forum associated with the Zycus Request for Tender event. Any attempt to solicit specific information regarding the running of the event and / or the contents of the documentation outside of the e-Forum may be interpretted as an attempt to subvert the tender process and may result in disqualification.
