Development Victoria is seeking proposals from experienced consultants to engage and manage the design team to deliver the Affordable Build to Rent - Fitzroy project.
You are invited to review and provide a Expression of Interest for the Affordable Build to Rent - Principal Design Consultant (EOI-ABTR-10052). The closing date for submissions (which need to be lodged via the Buying for Victoria portal) is 2pm on Tuesday, 6 July 2021.
The attached Expression of Interest (EOI) provides further detailed information regarding the project and the submission process. Please find attached a copy of the EOI documents including the following:
- EOI 10052 - EOI Document
- EOI 10052 - Part A - EOI Conditions
- EOI 10052 - Part B - Project Information and other Documents (Incl. Attachment B1 - Project Summary)
- EOI 10052 - Part C - Response Forms
Please note that any questions or clarifications regarding the EOI are required to be submitted by email by Friday, 25 June 2021 (abtr@development.vic.gov.au). Depending on the nature of the question(s), responses will be circulated to all consultants who have been invited to submit an EOI.
