Development and operation of a Café/ Restaurant on the Wimmera River front at 182 Firebrace Street, Horsham

⁠⁠⁠Horsham Rural City Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced developers/food and beverage operators to develop and operate a café/restaurant or similar food and beverage business on the Wimmera River front.

The Café/Restaurant EoI is one of a suite of transformative projects identified in the Horsham City to River Master Plan (Masterplan) that aim to improve, revitalise and link Horsham's Central Activity District (CAD) and the Wimmera Riverfront Precinct, making Horsham a more attractive place to live, work, visit and invest.

Council is not bound to consider any EOIs.

Late EOIs will not be considered.
