Tender Description
The Scope of work is to Install all Modular buildings to Rocklea Palms in the town of Paraburdoo Western Australia.
Accommodation Facilities 252 New Rooms
Installation of Modular accommodation consisting of ensuite rooms to both ground and first floor levels, Cleaners stores and linen lifts all services connections are required.
Ground floor verandah & balustrade with Staircase & verandah to the first floors.
Central Facilities
Also within the SoW are modular transit facilities incorporating shower and locker buildings along with a transit lounge. In addition to the central facilities is a modular Gym and outdoor BBQ and seating areas.
Modular laundry buildings also from part of the SoW these consist of single and double laundry's and are in various locations around camp.
Services
All civil works incorporated with the modular buildings are to be provided inclusive of trenching, earthwork pads, sewer lines, electrical upgrades, comms upgrades, potable water upgrade, fire hydrants.
Reconfiguration of carparks and new carparks along with footpath all foundations and concrete work. Hard and soft landscaping.
Demolition of existing assets, buildings, footpaths, transit facilities, gym & carpark shelters.
