This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department has committed to a significant IT program of work that is delivering a range of critical outcomes over the next 3 years. As part of this large program of work we are modernising and transforming how we work to ensure that our processes are streamlined and efficient and we put the user at the centre of everything we do. We are also modernising our IT systems in line with the DTA Digital transformation strategy to ensure they are modern, modular and support re-use.
We are building a design and architecture team who will support the significant delivery programs underway while also designing the changes that are required to deliver the modern technology platforms and patterns we have described in our IT strategy. A critical element of this will be creating and maintaining a suite of architecture artefacts that can be used to communicate our strategy and that will support better decision making.
We are seeking a partner who can help uplift the capability of our architecture practice while also providing skilled architects and designers who will help us create a range of key architecture artefacts.
