Bayside Council invites suitably qualified construction companies to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for the construction of the new adventure water play at Botany Aquatic Centre.

Botany Aquatic Centre is located adjacent to Booralee Park in Botany. The existing facility was opened in 1966 and includes three outdoor heated pools including a 50m x 8 lane pool, a 22m learn to swim pool and a toddler's pool.

The scope of work under the proposed contract includes the demolition of the existing toddlers pool, construction of three water slides, outdoor aqua play area, new plant room, plant and change rooms.

The EOI is the first stage of a multi-stage tender process. The objective of the EOI process is to identify and shortlist organisations that are suitably qualified and interested in entering into the proposed contract and have suitable capacity, capability and experience to undertake the project. The shortlisted companies will be invited to a select tender for the construction works.
