This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The ROBUST Program is seeking a capable and experienced Strategic PMO Analyst to join the ROBUST Program Management Office (PMO). This role is suited to a hands-on Analyst with a background in Business Management, Project Management or as part of a Program Management Office within a large ICT Program. The candidate is required to assist in ensuring adherence to documented processes and standards as well as providing relevant insights and guidance to project managers, delivery partners and key stakeholders to support program delivery and identify opportunities for continual improvement.
The successful candidate will have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for the efficient operations and compliance of PMO services within the ROBUST Program and for clearly articulating program insights to key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will show initiative, be intellectually curious, possess excellent critical thinking, problem solving and quality assurance skills, and be able to work collaboratively across the organisation to achieve program objectives and benefits.
This role will support the continual development, improvement, monitoring and compliance of delivery processes and services that support the ROBUST Program through implementation.
