The purpose of this engagement is for a Consultant to document the assessments, implications, risks, costs and options associated with the construction and operation of a suitable STP and disposal system for each village. To facilitate the selection of a suitable treatment process, the disposal pathway must first be established. To promote sustainable development and growth of each of these villages, from population, environmental and economic perspectives, Kyogle Council is developing the scope for the installation of the STP and disposal options.
With this engagement, Kyogle Council are seeking a Consultant to produce the STP Pathways Options Report as the final deliverable to document all the implications associated with providing a STP and disposal pathway at each of the three selected villages. This report shall be used to inform stakeholders that a comprehensive study has occurred, detailing the steps taken to ensure potential risks have been investigated and mitigated.
The STP Pathways Options Report will also form the basis for future detailed designs and the construction of the STP and sewage disposal for each of the villages.
