Tender Description
Development Victoria is seeking a Town Planning service provider who will be procured using Development Victoria's Minor Services Consultancy Agreement to deliver Town Planning services, through a single phase Open Tender process, and in response to a request for proposal.
Bidders must demonstrate strong capability and capacity to deliver town planning services on the MAPT project. Key criteria include:
- Experience working on Civic Infrastructure projects >$200mil in value.
- Consultants must demonstrate experience with the development and delivery of complex Specific Control Overlays (SCOs)
- Consultants must demonstrate their ability to resource and submit a timely planning application to DELWP.
- Consultants must demonstrate their ability to coordinate planning approvals with large stakeholder, referral, and consultant groups.
- Consultants must demonstrate experience in facilitating planning approvals for complex and state significant projects.
