Tender Description
Torres Shire Council is undertaking the construction of an access road to Idagi Close and associated works.
The objective of the access road is to provide a safe and efficient access for the Council rubbish truck.
Works to be undertaken include, but not limited to.
- Provision and implementation of project, safety, environmental, quality and traffic management plans
- Demolition as detailed on drawing 30033511-10-C100.
- Construction of access road in accordance with Drawings 30033511-10-C002, C200-C202.
The Conditions of Tender (Section 5) set out the details of how you must submit your Tender and the circumstances under which alternative Tenders will be considered.
There are two types of documents you must return with your Tender:
- The first category is the Returnable Schedules prepared by the Principal which must be completed and returned. These are found in Section 3.
- The second category is the documents that the Vendor must prepare. The information required in those documents is set out in Section 4.
When the successful Tender is accepted, the Vendor will be required to enter into a formal Contract Agreement as per Section 6.
