Tender Description
Overview
Yarrabah Aboriginal Shire Council (the Principal) invites tenders for DRFA Landslips Package 1 (Reference: YASC 2026-020), comprising landslip remediation and associated road reinstatement works at Sites 3, 4 and 6 in Yarrabah.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Bulk excavation
- Slope stabilisation
- Installation of soil nails and percussion anchors
- Installation of horizontal drains
- Surface treatments, including shotcrete and erosion protection
- Localised rock and boulder management
- Drainage improvements
- Reinstatement of affected road pavement and shoulders
All works are to be completed in accordance with the issued design documentation, with due consideration to site access, vegetation, constructability constraints, and site-specific geotechnical conditions.
