Overview
Ports North is seeking tenders from appropriate organisations for external refurbishment works at 84-88 Cook Street, Portsmith.
About
Ports North (the Principal) is a Queensland Government Owned Corporation (GOC) responsible for the development and management of the declared Ports of Cairns, Cape Flattery, Karumba, Mourilyan, Skardon River, Quintell Beach, Thursday Island, Burketown and Cooktown.
Scope
The scope includes several elements of external refurbishment works at 84-88 Cook Street, Portsmith, including:
- External painting
- Installation of new handrails
- Installation of new concrete stairs
- New roof sheeting and plumbing
- Repair and refurbishment of roofing elements
- Demolition of existing infrastructure
- Minor electrical works
Site Inspection
It is mandatory for tenderers to attend the site inspection.
