Tender Description
The City of Greater Geelong is seeking written proposals from suitably qualified and interested parties to enter into a partnership with the City for the redevelopment, use and ongoing restoration of the heritage listed Osborne House, Stables and Adjacent Development Site.
Proponents are requested to provide a brief written submission (no more than two (2) pages per question) with their EOI responding to the evaluation criteria outlined in part 5 of the Invitation for Expression of Interest.

EOI Responses:
Please review the eProcure Response Schedule at the beginning of the EOI period. The questions within the schedule must be responded to, so it is imperative that proponents are aware of the format and content of the schedule when collating their submission and follow this format when submitting.
All submissions are to be provided online as an electronic response through this portal, with documentation supporting responses added where necessary.
